Your relevant experience is taken into account when calculating your seniority, and you receive one extra day's leave for every 5 years worked.

Nurses and paramedics

We offer internal and external training opportunities, and an induction week is planned for new nurses. Cliniques de l'Europe fully supports the maintenance of your professional qualifications as well as other compulsory training related to your qualifications. We also offer free language courses to ensure a good command of French and Dutch.

Cliniques de l'Europe not only complies with all the agreements in the sector concerning bonuses and other benefits, but also goes further for certain services:
- Night work (Monday to Friday): +35%.
- Saturday: +35% during the day and +50% at night
- Sunday: +75% day and +80% night
